microRNA purification from Ago1 IP fraction of HeLa and FM3A cell line by using 20μL of 10% Protein G slurry immobilized with 5μg of Anti Ago1, MAb (2A7). The purified microRNA fraction were specifically detected by silver stain after Urea-PAGE. Cell number was 2×107 .
