Various samples can be fractionated easily by connecting the appropriate column holder to an existing medium pressure feed pump.

1. Unique side filter method (patented)
  This column is designed for extraction from the upper layer. The organic
  solvent layer is quickly separated by filtration from the lower layer
  (aqueous solution).
  It does not require solvents with high specific gravity, such as 
  dichloromethane and chloroform, and can solve environmental problems.
2. Application to emulsions
  Unlike liquid interface recognition type dispensers, the column
  can separate solvents from emulsions without problem.
3. Easy automation
  The 48-well plate type combined with a multi-channel
  dispenser, such as Freedom EVO (TECAN), enables high-
  throughput synthesis by liquid-liquid extraction.
