This filler is a strong anion exchange filler obtained by chemical bonding of quaternary ammonium groups to porous spherical silica gel. The filler is suitable for analysis of acidic compounds, such as nucleic acid and carboxylic acid. It is a high-performance ion exchange filler generating little lot-to-lot variation and showing excellent separation performance and sharp peak shapes.

This filler is a strong cation exchange filler obtained by chemical bonding of phenyl sulfonic acid groups. The filler is suitable for analysis of basic compounds, such as nucleic acid base and biogenic amine. It is a high-performance filler having basic performance similar to that of 5SAX.
