Chemically bonded silica gel


An octadecylsilyl (ODS) group, which is chemically bonded on the surface of silica gel, is followed by being end-capped.
The silica gel is applicable to medium-pressure chromatography, flash chromatography and column chromatography. Since the conditions of analysis with ODS column widely used for HPLC can be utilized to set the conditions, it is easier to set the conditions than in the case of fractionation with ordinary silica gel.

WakosilR C18 Series (spherical silica gel)
  1. Compared to the irregular type, this series has excellent flow characteristics and can be handled easier.
  2. The particle size distribution is sharp, and separation and fractionation can be performed at a high flow velocity.
