NH2 Silica Gel 60F254 Plate-wako is a plate for thin-layer chromatography obtained by applying aminopropyl group-modified silica gel to a glass plate. Since a green fluorescent substance is added, separated spots can be observed as dark spots on the greengroundunder UV λ (= 254 nm) irradiation .
0.25-mm-thick plates suitable for examination of separation conditions and 0.5-mm-thick plates suitable for fractionation are available.
