These columns are solid-phase extraction columns in 6-mL syringe type housings filled with 250 mg of polymer-based ion exchange resin.They are applicable to various uses, such as environmental analysis, food analysis, biological sample analysis and drug analysis. The columns with functional groups for strong and weak basic anion exchange and strong and weak acidic cation exchange are available.
Since polymers are used for their base material, they show excellent characteristics of resistance to buffer solutions and recovery of samples.

(1) 15 μL of standard additives to shrimp sample treated with Presep®-C RPP (Short)
(2) 30 μL of standard additives to shrimp sample treated with Presep®-C RPP (Short)
  and Presep® CM

Sample *1
  5 g of shrimp + 30 mL of citric acid buffer containing EDTA
   (1) Homogenization (Beads shocker for 1 min)
   (2) Centrifugal separation at 3,000 rpm for 10 min
   (3) Supernatant separation <1>
  Residue + 20 mL of citric acid buffer containing EDTA
   (4) Shaking to mix for 5 min
   (5) Centrifugal separation at 3,000 rpm for 10 min
   (6) Supernatant separation <2>
   (7) Shaking to mix <1> + <2> + 20 mL of n-hexane for 5 min.
   (8) Centrifugal separation at 3,000 rpm for 10 min
  Separated water layer is used as a sample.
Elution *2
  Official analytical method: Elution with 10 mL of CH3OH
       → Concentration → Re-dissolution with 1.0 mL
of 1.36% potassium phosphate solution
       → Sample
