Bisphenol A and nonylphenol were added to tap water at a concentration of 4.0 μg/L each, and the obtained solution was concentrated 250 times with Presep®-C Agri (Short). Then, it was subjected to HPLC analysis with Wakopak® Wakosil Agri-9.

   ↓
Cleaning:5% CH3OH 3 mL
   ↓
Elution:CH3CN 6 mL
   ↓
Concentration: Under N2 flow (approx. 0.2 to 0.3 mL)
   ↓
Re-dissolution: Dilution to 1 mL with CH3CN
   ↓
 HPLC 10μL
