(1) Apigenin

Apigenin is one of flavonoids and reverses the phenotypes of many ras-transformed cells by inhibiting MAP kinase-associated signal transduction pathways. In the case of V-H-ras-transformed NIH 3T3 cells, treatment with apigenin induces dephosphorylation of p44mapk and reduction of MAP kinase activity.
